I'm impressed by the cleanliness of your shop! Good Lord, my living room isn't that clean! Since you asked how to make things even better, I'd suggest improving the small pics on your site. I'm a Business Strategy guy, not a web-site guy. I use a woman recommended to me, Hilary Brooks, for that. What I DO like (a lot) is the sewing machine, measuring tape, and textured background. It adds old-world charm (I'm showing my age). Good luck with everything, and if you want Hilary to take a look at it, I'll get you her contact info for you. Michael

Thank you so much for your input. I am working on a few different slide shows of work I have done, they will be up as soon as I am finished with them.

I have a 97 740i. it's been well cared for and the roof liner had deteriorated from age, heat, or whatever. I found these guys on the web, drove out there met Andy and his crew. In one day they were able to turn this project around, replace the roof liner and sunroof liner. These guys know what the heck they're doing. A 1997 740i BMW is not an easy vehicle to work on. These guys did it with care, pride & professionalism. Going to tell everyone and anyone. You guys rock!

Work was of average quality, and price was reasonable. The shop environment needs help- I was greeted first by a pit bull, then a lady who said "yeah?". The boss told me to write down my contact information on a piece of paper and he went back to work- no timetable, no "thanks", no "good bye". If you want your project back in a reasonable amount of time, call regularly- my completion date moved back 3 times with no explanation. So- if you take your business here, expect to WAIT, adequate work, a reasonable price, and an utter lack of professionalism.
